3.9 Replacement of the joystick of the
control pedal box.
In order to replace the control joystick on the control
pedal box operate as follows.
1. Power off the machine using the selector on the
electrical panel;
2.
With a screw driver open the front part of the con-
trol pedal box where the joystick is inserted;
3. Disconnect the wires on the joystick of the pedal
box being careful to take note of the connections of
the wires on the different components in order to
be able to reconnect them correctly once the new
control joystick has been fitted.
4. In order to remove the joystick, with a screw driver,
unscrew completely the two front screws until the
control is released;
5. Insert the new joystick and tighten the two lock
screws, reconnect the wires previously disconnected
according to the connections that have been noted
before;
6. Finally close the four screws of the front panel on
the pedal box.

3.10 Replacement of the pedal box cable
and of the entire pedal box
After a period of hard work the replacement of the ca-
ble that connects the electrical panel and the pedal box
might be necessary, sometimes the entire control pedal
box might need replacement.
In that case follow the instructions below:
1. Power off the machine and open the electrical panel;
2. Disconnect all cables that go from the electrical
panel to the pedal box, they can be identified follow-
ing the group of wires that go from the pedal box to
the electrical panel;
3. In order to do that insert in the terminal board box a
screw driver of suitable dimensions until you hear a
click that releases the wire from the terminal board
box.
4. Open the pedal box from the bottom, where the bal-
ancing wheel of the rotation mandrel can be found;
5. Disconnect the wires also in the pedal box, on the
joysticks and selectors of the pedal box, being care-
ful to write down the connections of the wires on
the different components, in order to be able to
reconnect them correctly once the new cable has
been fitted;
