Read these directions for use carefully before using.

Keep these directions for use where they will be
accessible for all users.

Failure to comply with the directions for use shall
render all warranty conditions null and void and
may lead to personal injury and material damage.

The instrument must only be used by qualified
skilled employees.
Safety instructions before using
`
`
Follow the manufacturer's instructions and safety
instructions of the medium you are filling.
`
`
Damage to the respiratory tract and other organs
due to off-gassing media. Fill only in ventilated
rooms or under a suitable exhaust hood.
`
`
When working with explosive substances, follow the
technical rules for combustible liquids (in accordan-
ce with TRBF – (German) Technical Rules on Com-
bustible Liquids) and wear appropriate protective
equipment (zone 0, see annex).
WARNING!
Possible sparking due to electrostatic discharge.
Danger of explosion when using combustible
liquids.

Before use, insert the earthing cable connector
 and connect the earthing terminal .
`
`
Wear the necessary protective clothing.
`
`
Remove hazard sources within a radius of 50 cm
around the instrument.
`
`
The instrument must only be used within the
confines of applicable material resistance and for its
designated purpose. Any other type of use will affect
the warranty/guarantee.
Safety instructions during and after use

Liquid may escape while the instrument is being
unscrewed. Danger of bodily injury due to escaping
liquid.
`
`
The instrument must only be transported unfilled
and without a container. Danger of bodily injury due
to escaping liquid.
Layout and function
The instrument is made of conductive material
(1.4301/1.4404). The instrument works according to
the overpressure principle and is suitable for filling
combustible liquids in accordance with group IIC (see
annex). Always use the instrument with pressure-re-
sistant containers (1 to 5 l, >1 bar) for filling into open
containers (<1 l). The instrument is not suitable for
cleaning in a dishwasher. The instrument is maintenan-
ce-free and can be used in the temperature range from
5 to 40° C.

6 x 8 mm), length 0.4 m
Point out any damage in the packaging to the freight
forwarder/supplier immediately.
Mounting and safe filling
WARNING!
Possible electrostatic discharge. Danger of explosi-
on if combustible liquids are used.

Before use, insert the earthing cable connector
 and connect the earthing terminal .
`
`
Wear the necessary protective clothing.
CAUTION!
The metal thread of the instrument can damage
glass containers. Bodily injuries due to glass splin-
ters and escaping liquid.
`
`
Hold the instrument vertical and screw it on
carefully.
1. Attach the PTFE hose securely to the suction nozzle
of the instrument . The PTFE hose must extend
into the liquid being filled (shorten the PTFE hose
if necessary and adapt it to the container you are
using).
2. Screw the instrument onto the container air-tight.
3. Activate the hand pump ball manually.
4. Hold the filling container under the discharge and
press the discharge button . If necessary a PTFE
hose can be connected to the discharge (max.
length 0.4 m).
