B. Selection of air compressor lubricating oil:
1. Proper viscosity (higher viscosity for higher pressure or temperature).
2. High oxidation resistance, not likely to be thickened.
3. Low carbon content, high flash point, saponification resistant.
4. Make sure to use our special oil (or GB 13# or 19# compressor oil)
5. Please keep the oil level at the center of the oil level sight glass (as shown in the figure).
6. Excessive oil causes waste and carbon deposit at the exhaust valve affecting the life and efficiency of the parts. Sufficient oil will cause
the parts to be worn and burnt due to poor lubrication.
V. Precautions before operation
1. Check if the parts such as screws and nuts are loose.
2. Check if the lubricating oil in the crankcase is sufficient.
3. Check if each wheel pivot point is shimmed levelly or fixed.
4. Check if the pipeline is normal.
5. Check if the voltage is too high or too low. The normal voltage shall be within the rated voltage ±10%.
6. Check if the wires and electrical switches are in compliance, if the wiring is correct and secure to prevent leakage, and if the air
compressor (at the grounding mark) is connected to the ground to ensure safety.
7. Check if the tension of the belt is proper and if the pulley can be easily turned by hand.
8. The condensation water and oil dirt in the air reservoir shall be removed.
9. Before removing any parts on the compressor, discharge the air in the air reservoir to ensure safety.
10. Before connecting the bellows and quick connector, turn off the air outlet switch, and after the connection is completed, turn the switch
on.
11. Position the air compressor at a distance of 1m from the walls at a well-ventilated place not exposed to water spray.
