If you have two separate modular jacks,
each with its own line, plug the grey
straight cord into the LINE 1+2 jack located
on the back of the base. Plug the white
straight cord into the LINE 2 jack, then plug
the opposite end of each cord into the
modular RJ11C jacks.
NOTE: Connect the phone cord from the
LINE 1+2 jack into the outlet that you want
to be line 1.
NOTE: Two-line capability requires two-line
service from your local telephone company.

NSTALLING THE
Your Caller ID phone uses 4 AA-size alkaline
batteries for receiving and storing Caller ID
records and for the numbers you use for
memory dialing.
IMPORTANT: You will have approximately
60 seconds to replace the batteries before
the memories stored are lost. Please read
the instructions before replacing the
batteries and have the batteries ready to be
inserted beforehand.
IMPORTANT: If you are not going to use
the telephone for more than 30 days,
remove the batteries because they may leak
and damage the unit.
