Working Out With the XBT
 Anyone, from beginners to professionals, can use the XBT exercise machine. Due to
the lateral adjustment mechanism, the resistance for the arms can be reduced in the
viewing direction or increased contrary to the viewing direction and thus the individual
training level can be adjusted. At level 1, the resistance is approx. 1kg. You can adjust
the resistance in small increments, with level 10 corresponding to a resistance of ap-
prox. 2kg.
 You will need to overcome the force of the
latch to operate the adjustment mechanism.
There is a slight blockage you will need to
overcome when turning the mechanism (pri-
(primarily in the plus direction).
 Leg resistance is not adjustable, and is not
influenced by the adjustment mechanism.
 Before use, ensure that you have put on the
hand and leg loops correctly.
Possible (handling) errors
Always make sure that while setting the resistance, the display indicates a value between
Level 1 and 10. Since the display is a disc, the numbers appear again after one complete
rotation. That can lead to two handling errors:
1. The rope length cannot be extracted com-
pletely/as usual. The springs were apparent-
ly stretched too strongly.
Solution: Please immediately relieve the
springs by turning the adjustment mecha-
nism back to the front again (in your direc-
tion of view).
