4.7 MEASUREMENT OF NOISE LEVEL
The sound pressure measured around the machine is Lp < 80 dB(A); the uncertainty of the measurement, corresponding
to a reliability level of 90%, is U =5 dB(A).
The values mentioned are sound emission levels and are obviously and necessarily not noise levels for safe acceptable
work. In fact, despite the existence of a link between the emission and exposure levels, the values mentioned above
cannot be used in a reliable manner to determine if further precautions are required or not. The factors that influence the
actual workers' exposure level include the characteristics of the work environment, the sources of noise, etc., i.e. the
number of machines and other adjacent processes.However, the information provided by the manufacturer enables the
user of the machine to better assess the risk and danger.

4.6 OPERATING FLOW
- the working cycle is started by pressing
the START button
- the turntable starts to rotate
- the film carriage rises
- the photocell reads the maximum height
of the load and stops the film carriage
raising movement
- the film carriage descends
- the turntable stops
