Note:
* The highest input impedance of the meter is about 10MΩ, such that measurement error can occur during measurement of the circuit with
higher impedance. In most cases, the error can be neglected (0.1% or below) if the circuit impedance is below 10k.
* The input voltage shall be not higher than 1000Vrms. Measuring a higher voltage is possible but will cause damage to the meter.
* Attach importance to avoid electric shock during measurement of high voltage.
2. Measurement of resistance / admittance G (see Fig. 4a,4b)
* During measurement of ultrahigh impedance that is greater than 40MΩ, the
admittance G may be measured with nS range: G=1/R(Ω), unit: siemens (S)=109/
R(Ω), unit: (nS)
* Self-check of the built-in fuse may be achieved with the resistance
measurement function. See Fig. 4b for details.
* Open-circuit voltage is about 1V.
Note:
* In case the measured resistor is open circuited or has the resistance that
exceeds the maximum range of the meter, "OL" will appear on the display.
* Before measurement of online resistors, be sure to switch off all power of the
measured circuit and discharge all capacitors completely. Only in this way can
measurement be accurate.
* During measurement of a low resistance, the probes may cause a measurement
error of about 0.1Ω~0.2Ω. In that case, to ensure accurate measurement, short
circuit the probes and activate the REL mode.
