Cookie Dough Mixing Guide

How to Install
Beaters
• Insert one beater into any of the openings. Push
until it clicks into place.
• Repeat the step above to insert another beater.
Dough hooks
• Insert a dough hook with a collar disc into the right-
side opening. Push until it clicks into place.
• Repeat the step above to insert another dough
hook.
Whisk
• Insert the whisk into any of the openings. Push until
it clicks into place.
NOTES:
• Attachments should be used as a set (2 beaters, 2 dough hooks, or 1
whisk). Do not mix different attachments.
• You can rest the mixer on the bowl using the bowl rest during periods
of nonuse; for example, when you are adding ingredients to the mixture.
However, never place the mixer on the bowl rest while the appliance is
switched on. Also, make sure that the bowl on which the mixer is resting
will not fall over. You can also rest the mixer on its heel.
