Congratulations with the purchase of your Profi Mixer. You can use this sturdy and
robust mixer, which is equipped with a stainless-steel mixing bowl, to mix batter for cake
and biscuits, beat whipped cream and egg white, and knead dough for bread.

appliance before use.

Always remove the plug from the socket when the appliance is not in use.

Never insert objects in the mixer bowl whilst the appliance is in operation.
