The appliance has no power.

The door has been opened too
frequently.
The product temperature is too
high.
The room temperature is too
high.
This is normal, no error has oc-
curred.
During the automatic defrost-
ing process, frost defrosts on
the rear plate.
The water outlet is clogged.
Products prevent that water
flows into the water collector.
COOLMATIC function switched
on.
The temperature regulator is
not set correctly.
The door is not closed correctly. Refer to "Closing the door".
The product temperature is too
high.
Many products are stored at
the same time.
There is no cold air circulation
in the appliance.
What to do if...
Solution
Connect a different electrical ap-
pliance to the mains socket.
Contact a qualified electrician.
Close and open the door.
Refer to "Replacing the lamp".
Set a higher temperature.
Do not keep the door open lon-
ger than necessary.
Let the product temperature de-
crease to room temperature be-
fore storage.
Decrease the room temperature.
The compressor starts after a pe-
riod of time.
This is correct.
Clean the water outlet.
Make sure that products do not
touch the rear plate.
Switch off COOLMATIC manually,
or wait to set the temperature
until the function has reset auto-
matically. Refer to "COOLMATIC
function"..
Set a higher/lower temperature.
Let the product temperature de-
crease to room temperature be-
fore storage.
Store less products at the same
time.
Make sure that there is cold air
circulation in the appliance.
