Slide O-ring (1) over cartridge and the
bonnet nut (2). The O-ring, which acts as
a spacer to steady the sleeve, should rest
behind the bonnet nut.
Note: Depending on location of valve
within the wall and wall thickness, an
optional extension kit may be needed.
RP91024 will provide up to 1-3/4" of
extension.

Secure the escutcheon (4) to the bracket
(5) using the 2 screws provided (6).
Do not overtighten escutcheon screws.

Slide the sleeve (3) over the cartridge,
body and O-ring (1).

Slide screw cover (7) over trim sleeve (3)
and press firmly until the cover is flush with
escutcheon. O-ring will hold screw cover in
place.
Before installing handle (8), ensure valve is
in the full cold position (clockwise). Orient
handle so the lever is pointing downward
(at 6 o'clock) and press handle onto stem of
cartridge (9). Secure handle with set screw
provided (10) and press button (11) into hole.
