4.1 Installation
Installation is a fundamental operation for the machine's proper use and working.
Here are the operations to follow for a correct installation:
Do not keep the SEE-TEST biological incubator in rooms with potential risk of explosion.
Remove the machine from its packaging and check its condition.
Notify TECNO-GAZ in case the machine bears signs of damage caused by transport.
The packaging materials must be preserved during the whole warranty period.
TECNO-GAZ won't accept returns without original packaging.
Locate the machine on a flat surface, away from sources of heat (e.g. autoclaves, bunsen, pre-
heating furnaces, etc.) at a maximum range of 1,5 metres from the outlets. These outlets must be
handy.
Adapt the height of the work surface to the operator (we suggest 90 cm).
The led lights must be clearly visible to the user.
Connect the plug to an outlet which complies to the features described in the technical
specifications.
4.2 Scrapping
SEE-TEST is manufactured using plastic materials (polystyrene and ABS), ferrous materials and electronic
components.
For scrapping and disposal refer to the laws in force in the country where the machine is used and then
contact the authorized firms.
