OPERATIONAL INSTRUCTION
SEAT ADJUSTMENT
Some equipment has seat adjustments so that the user can
adapt better to the desired exercise. To adjust the seat, pull
the pin up and raise or lower the seat by the rail to find the
desired setting, when you find the adjustment release the
stopper PIN to lock.
BACKREST ADJUSTMENT
The Adjustable Bench press has a backrest that can be
adjusted. It allows the user to regulate which angle he
wants to do the exercise. The device allows you to stay
totally horizontal or if you prefer 30 ° to the top. To do this
the user can pull the adjusting pin and engage the two
adjustment points of the equipment.
RELEASE LEVELING - ADJUSTABLE BENCH
The time of use of the equipment may be that the backrest is uneven, thus creating a gap.
To back-up, follow these steps:
1 - Place the equipment horizontally to adjust the Leveling Foot
2 - Adjust the Leveling Foot to reduce the backlash;
3 - After the previous procedure, check that the Selector Pin is not locking, if the Selector
Pin is locked loosen the Leveling Foot without detaching from the chassis;
4 - Finish the adjustment with the final tightening on the counter nut.

ATTENTION
The Leveling Foot

must be fully threaded to the seat
frame with the counter nut tightened. Failure to adjust
the leveling foot can damage the seat fabric.

BAR SUPPORT
All equipment has a bar support for the bench press.
Support the bench press bar in one of the three levels that
the equipment has.
WEIGHT SUPPORT
The weight support allow you to store the weights used to
do the exercise.
DANGER!
Each weight support holds up to 4 weights of
25kg each, totaling 100kg on each side. DO NOT
EXCEED THIS CAPACITY Risk of serious injury.
FEET SUPPORT
To perform the exercise on the Flat Bench, the equipment
allows the user to place the feet so that one can perform the
exercise in the best way.
