CLEANING

• First read the instructions in the chapter
"IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS".
• Empty the kettle. Clean the exterior surfaces
of the kettle with a clean, damp cloth. Dry
and wipe the appliance with a soft cloth.
• Do not use abrasive or cleaning products
scourers of any type inside or outside the
kettle.
• To clean the filter, empty the kettle and leave
to cool. Open the lid, lift the filter to remove
it, rinse with warm water and brush to remove
impurities.
• Re-fit the filter by following the above
instructions in reverse order.

DESCALING

• Fill the kettle half-full with tap water and add
the juice of one lemon to the water.
• Boil this solution, then leave to rest for
15 minutes. Bring this solution back to the
boil, then leave to rest again for 15 minutes.
Bring this solution back to the boil a third
time, then rinse the kettle carefully.
