STEP 4: Place the right leg assembly 7 on the worksurface 1. Insert the end of the hex rod 6 into the hex drive on
the right leg assembly. You may need to turn the hex rod slightly to align the hex rod with the hex drive in the leg
assembly. It should take less than 1/6th of a turn to accomplish this. If you turn it more than 1/6th of a turn, the legs
will be at different heights and the worksurface won't be level. Align the holes in the worksurface support with the
pilot holes in the worksurface.
STEP 5: With the help of an assistant, place (4) washers 10 on (4) socket screws 9. Insert these through the holes at
the ends of the cross support 8. Thread them into the t-slot plates in the grooves in the leg assemblies 2 and 7. See
Detail A at left. Do not fully tighten. Level the cross support at 4" from the bottom of the worksurface supports. See
Detail B below. Fully tighten.
STEP 6: Insert (2) end caps 11 into the ends of the cross support 8.
