POSITION OF THE APPLIANCE
The cook tops of the appliance can be placed in 3 different ways:
1. Cooking with the plates in contact with food
(for fillets, fish fillet, etc.)
1. Open the appliance
2. Place the pieces of food on the bottom plate.
3. Close the upper cover (1) so that it touch the food.
2. Cooking very thick pieces of food
(for fish, thick steaks, filled rolls of bread, etc.)
1. Open the appliance
2. Place the food on the bottom plate.
3. Raise the top cover (1) to the stop point and close it again making sure the
plugs are in their seats
3 . Various uses
(to worm food, meat cood skewered, side dishes, etc.)
1. Lift the top cover (1) to the top and fully open the device
CLEANING
• Before cleaning, always unplug the appliance from the mains and wait for it to
cool completely.
• Use a damp cloth to clean the covers (1 and 2). Avoid using abrasive cleaners
• To facilitate the cleaning of the plates and avoid damage, it is advisable to
leave the plates submerged for a few hours in hot water and detergent. Then
proceed with normal cleaning with a non-abrasive sponge
• The plates (3) can be removed and washed normally with hot water and deter-
gent. To remove debris from the plates (3), do not use abrasive tools or deter-
gents that may damage or scratch the special non-stick coating.
• Never immerse the appliance in water.
