537Wa Westport Storage Bench
Phillips Head Screwdriver, Wood Glue, Mallet or Padded Hammer, Tape Measure.
We recommend finishing the unit prior to assembly.

1. Turn the Bottom Shelf on to its side. Spread a thin layer of glue in the dowel holes in the Bottom
Shelf (Ea) and insert the ends of the Vertical Dividers (Da) that have two dowels as shown in
Figure 1. Gently tap with a rubber mallet and quickly wipe away any excess glue with a damp rag.

2. Attach Bottom Shelf (Ea) to Vertical Dividers (Da) with six 4x50mm Flat Head Screws
and fasten securely to the dividers. See Figure 2.
