Step 8:
Insert the U knee part (3) into the main frame,and tighten the short screw (13) by the tool B (15).put
the plastic cover A (7) into the knee part, and insert the long lock pin (12) into the hole.
Finish the installation of Twist Power Plank.
NOTICE:
Please get up slowly after finishing exercise to avoid the hurt of elastic force.
