• Do not transport the machine while the power source is running.

4 Maintenance and storage

• Be careful during adjustment of the machine to prevent entrapment of the fingers
between moving blades and fixed parts of the machine.
• Always allow the machine to cool down before storing
• When servicing the blades be aware that, even though the power source is switched off,
the blades can still be moved.
• Replace worn or damaged parts for safety. Use only genuine replacement parts and
accessories.
• Keep work area clean and well lit. Cluttered or dark areas invite accidents.
• Do not op erate power tools in explosive atmospheres, such as in the presence of
flammable liquids, gases or dust. Power tools create sparks which may ignite the dust or
fumes.
• Keep children and bystanders away while operating a power tool. Distractions can cause
you to lose control.
