VIII. Troubleshooting
Problem
The unit can't connect to the device
A tone is heard every few seconds
The unit will not power on
Failure to control volume or tracks
through the unit
The unit can't connect in TWS
Precautions
• Do NOT drop, hit or shake the device.
• Do NOT disassemble, repair or modify the speaker yourself. It voids the warranty
and may damage the product.
• Do NOT use cleaning products that contain benzene, solvents or alcohol.
• Do NOT expose the speaker to excessive heat or to direct sunlight for long
periods of time.
• Do NOT place heavy objects on top of the speaker.
• Do NOT use near a microwave oven or to wireless LAN products.
• Only charge with devices rated and marked with 5VDC to avoid damage to the
speaker.
Solution
Re-connect/pair the speaker to your device and
verify that your phone's Bluetooth function is
®
enabled.
The battery level is low, the speaker needs to be
charged
The battery level is depleted. The speaker needs
to be charged
Make sure the speaker is in Bluetooth mode for
®
full control
Both units should be turned ON and in pairing
mode. Hold the multi-function button for four
seconds or until you hear a tone and the LED
on one unit is solid, and in the other unit the
LED should remain blinking.
