7 Limited Warranty

THIS WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY LIMITED TO THE ORIGINAL BUYERS OF BOSCH DIAGNOSTIC TOOLS.
Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from date of purchase. This
warranty does not cover misuse. The only and exclusive solution for any faulty unit is its repair or
replacement, which Bosch sets. Bosch shall not be liable for any direct or indirect personal injury. The
existence of defects will be checked by Bosch and / or its technical assistance in accordance with its
procedures. No other person or company is authorized to change these warranty terms.
