KAYAK/CANOE DEFLATION
1. Clear any water or debris out of the valve areas.
2. HIGH PRESSURE VALVE
Open the valve cap first. Slowly press down on the valve stem to start letting air
out of the kayak/canoe. There will be an initial burst of air, but that will slow
down very quickly. Once the air flow has slowed down, press the valve stem all
the way down and turn it clockwise to lock it into the "OPEN" position.
KEEL AIR VALVE (AIR-C)
Open external cap and pull firmly to extend out. Start to deflate by using the
transparent hose (come with the repair kit bag), or by simply squeezing the
bottom of the valve.
AIR-K
NOTE:
Remove Deck
Shield first.
KAYAK/CANOE FOLDING STEPS
1. Remove all the accessories from the kayak/canoe: seats, paddles, kayak fins, etc.
For AIR-K, remember to remove the Deck Shield before folding.
2. Make the first fold from the bow. Continue folding towards the valves tightly,
forcing out any remaining air as you go.
3. Fold the boat all the way to the end to push all the air out. Then unfold one fold.
Fold stern back and place bow folds on top of stern.
HIGH PRESSURE VALVE
NOTE: Please avoid bending the molded keels.
