I. SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
1.
Before using the tool, the manual must be carefully read. Please observe the safety guidelines cautious.
2.
The tool must be operated in accordance with the purpose specified in the manual.
3.
The tool can be operated only by employees after training has been completed successfully, including
health training and safety and fire protection guidelines.
4.
Employees who will be handling the tool should wear protective clothing and should be provided with
personal protective equipment as indicated in the instructions.
5.
The tool must be immediately switched off in case of damage or malfunction. Such situations must be
reported to the entitled person.
6.
Please contact the manufacturer's service in case of any doubts regarding proper work of the tool.
7.
The tool can be repaired only by the manufacturer's service. Do not make repairs by yours!
8.
In case of fire, use only dry powder extinguishers or snow extinguishers (CO2) to extinguish the
energized product/machine/tool.
9.
ATTENTION! Components get hot during the operation – ensure proper ventilation in the operating
room and wear protective gloves.
10. Keep the work area clean. Cluttered areas can cause injuries.
11. Consider the environment of the work area. Don't expose power tools to rain or wet soil. Don't use
power tools in damp or wet locations. The work area should be well protected. Don't use a tool in
the presence of flammable liquids or gases. Power tools produce sparks during normal operation or
when switching ON/OFF. Never use power tools in dangerous sites containing lacquer, paint, benzene,
thinner, gasoline, gases, adhesive agents, and other materials which are combustible or explosive.
12. Provide sufficient protection against electric shock. Prevent body contact with grounded surfaces. For
example: pipes, radiators, ranges, refrigerator enclosures.
13. Keep children and third parties away from the work area.
14. When not in use, tools should be stored in dry, locked-up places and out of reach for children.
15. Safety goggles must be worn.
16. Do not damage the connection cable. Never carry the machine by the cable. Do not pull the cable in
order to disconnect it from the plug. Keep the cable away from heat and oil sources and sharp edges.
17. Secure the work area. It is recommended to use clamps or a vice for fixation. Please pay special
attention to your hands when operating the machine.
18. Do not overreach yourself. Keep proper posture and balance at all times.
19. Hold the machine firmly in both hands. When using the machine, hold it by the handle.

20. Please take care of the tools. Keep the tools clean for better and safer performance. Follow the
instructions to change the accessories. Inspect the extension cords periodically and replace them if
they are damaged. Keep the handles dry, clean, and free from oil and grease.
21. Switch off the machine and disconnect the cable before maintenance or changing the accessories.
22. Remove the adjusting keys and wrenches. Always make sure that the keys and adjusting wrenches are
removed from the tool before turning it on.
23. Avoid incidental activation. Never carry the device whilst having your fingers on the switch when the
device is connected to a power supply source. When connecting the power supply cord to the power
source, always make sure that the switch of the device is switched off; this is, in the "off" position.
24. When working outdoors, only use extension cables that are authorized for outdoor use. This reduces
the risk of electric shock.
25. Stay alert when operating the machine. Do not operate the tool when you are tired.
26. Use your tool at lower input load than specified on the nameplate to increase working efficiency and
decrease wear out.
27. Do not wipe plastic parts with solvent. Solvents such as gasoline, thinner, benzene, alcohol, ammonia
and oil may damage and crack plastic parts. Do not wipe them with such solvents. Wipe plastic parts
with a soft cloth lightly dampened with soapy water.
28. Use only original replacement par.
29. Ensure that the power source which will be used conforms to the power requirements specified on
the product nameplate!
II. PRECAUTIONS ON USING THE DEVICE
1.
Wear protective glasses to protect your eye.
2.
The tool is strongly heated during the operation.
3.
Keep your hands away from the heating parts of the device. The small metal parts should not be
removed with the hands.
4.
Clean the device only when it has cooled down completely.
5.
Any activities performed on the device (assembling, disassembling of accessories, maintenance,
cleaning) can only be carried out when the batteries have been removed and the knife blade has
cooled down.
6.
Safe work depends on the posture.
7.
When working at a highly elevated location, pay attention to objects and persons on a lower surface.
8.
Clean the device regularly to avoid a persistent encrustation of dirt.
9.
Do not place the device close to combustible materials.
10. Make sure to keep the cutting elements clean and sharp
