Intelligent adaptive start time
If you select the SMART mode with the weekly timer set, the heating is operated
independently of the preset timer. The remote control measures the temperature
difference between the room and the target temperature 3 hours before the programmed
start time and calculates and decides by how much earlier the heating must be switched
on to reach the target temperature on time.
Setting the FAV temperature
After the previous setting is connected, you will be taken to the FAV temperature setting.
Only the temperature symbol flashes on the display. Now set your favourite temperature
and confirm the setting with SET.
If the weekly timer is active, press the FAV button to call up the temperature you have set.
However, this will be overwritten with the programmed target temperature when the next
heating period starts.
Setting the current date and time
Press and hold the TIME button for 3 seconds, then use the UP and DOWN buttons to
set the year/month/weekday and hour/minute.
Note about the heater symbol
The heater symbol only appears on the display when the heater is running. This is the
case when the room temperature is more than 0.5 °C below the target temperature.
Backlighting of the remote control
When you press a button on the remote control, the backlight of the remote control turns
on.
Open window detection
The SMART MODE has a monitoring function that detects open windows. If open
windows are detected, the heating is automatically switched off or on if the room
temperature continuously drops or rises above 1.5 °C within 3 minutes.
