4. Clean the base of the sliding carriage (7) and the gauge plate (8) using a wet
cloth with neutral soap.
5. Remove the food that might be on the base (5), the back of the housing or
the blade guard (2).
6. Place the rotating blade (9) back in the motor holding it with a thick, dry cloth.
Align the blade and motor gears. Once they are in the right position, fasten
the bolt (4) counter-clockwise. Always place the blade back in the slicer very
carefully.
wARNINg
Never use abrasive cleaners, bleach or steel wool. Never soak the appliance in
water. Not safe for dishwasher.

STORAGE
It is important to store the meat slicer in a cool, dry place, away from agressive
chemical products or sources of heat.

(detection of breakdowns and possible causes). In the event of a written request,
we advise you specify the following terms: Machine type, Reference
