Battery is not correctly inserted / Battery may have run
empty.
Random Play modes may be on .
It could be strong magnetic fields near to the unit.
Battery may have run empty. Recharge battery.
There are not audio files on MP3 player.
File format is not compatible with MP3 player.
Chech volume level, may be on 0.
Check earphone plug.
Check audio files are not corrupted.
Check language set.
Check USB cable is properly connected.
Check MP3s memory, probably is full.
