Inspect the Concrete Wedge Anchor damage: Look for cracks, dents, or deformities. Look for

bending or wear on the Main Cable (G), Wedges (F), Bumper (E), Trigger (F), and D-Ring (A).

Inspect the entire unit for corrosion.
Ensure the Wedges (F) can be operated by the Trigger (C) and locks in place. Verify the
Wedges and Trigger slide smoothly and can be pulled and released. Inspect the Main Cable
and Retractor Cable for any damage, kinking, or debris that could prevent the anchor from
operating.
Labels
Verify that all labels are securely attached and are legible (see 'Labels')
Verify the concrete structure and hole meet the requirements from Table 1. Verify the concrete

is free of any cracks or damage. Verify any current holes are free of ice and any selected hole
locations will not be exposed to the formation of ice.
PFAS and Other
Additional Personal Fall Arrest System (PFAS) equipment (harness, SRL, etc) that are used with
the Anchorage System should be installed and inspected per the manufacturer's instructions.
