If the Chiller is equipped with a filter on the hydraulical side, the filter has to be checked/cleaned monthly, or if required, in a
shorter time interval
•
It's recommended to change the water glycole mixture 20% every year (every 2 years if it's a 30% or 50% glycole mixture)
to allow the operation of the unit in the best conditions.
•
Longer standstill of the chiller requires draining of the tank and complete water circuit. Connect a pipe to the hose connector
in the outlet of the evaporator and open the ball valve to empty the whole hydraulic circuit.
•
For a new installation, it is recommended to empty the hydraulic circuit. Please, refer to chapter 4 for the lifting of the unit
and chapters 6 and 10 for connection and start up.
•
Please, familiarize with components described in Appendix B2 prior to proceeding with Service and Maintenance requiring
refrigeration circuit sectioning.
•
No device with internal volume greater than 25lt is installed on the refrigeration circuit, thus no further inspection from
notified bodies is required according to D.M. nr.309 – December the 1st 2004.
