15. TROUBLESHOOTING

PROBLEM
• When I try to add a new PIN code or change
the timings of a relay, I always get an error (digits
flashing 3 times)
• All lights are flashing
• The SlimStone-X lighting is off after pushing a
button
• The SlimStone-X does not react after entering
the code
• The sequence light remains lit
• The lights flash after entering the PIN code and
confirmation by pressing [#]

• Is the keypad heated?

A discarded device can either be returned to your dealer or be sent back to Locinox. This product's
recycling fee is € 0,2.

SOLUTION
• Verify the cabling between the SlimStone-X and
SwitchStone-STD. When the SlimStone-X cannot
communicate with the SwitchStone-STD, all leds
will flash 3 times.
• When wrong codes have been entered
repeatedly, the SlimStone-X is temporarily
blocked.
