PROBLEM
The SENSOR ERROR warning
appears on the TFT display. The
purifier does not self-diagnose and
only works in manual mode.
The ENGINE ERROR warning
appears on the TFT display and the
purifier does not work.
The PRE-FILTER MAINTENANCE
warning appears on the TFT display.
The REPLACE HEPA FILTER warning
appears on the TFT display.
The display is frozen and does not
show the screens correctly.
The top controls are frozen.
The appliance has not
automatically connected to the
application or the external device,
although the Bluetooth icon on the
appliance is on.
POSSIBLE SOLUTION
• The sensor may sometimes take a few minutes
longer than usual to detect. Wait a few minutes until
it detects normally again.
• Check that the sensor detection grille is not wet or
covered by an object.
• If it does not respond, switch off the purifier, wait 5
seconds and switch it on again.
• If this does not solve the problem, contact the
technical service.
• Check that the power supply cable is correctly
connected.
• Check that the air inlet and outlet are not blocked or
covered by an object.
• Check that the purifier is installed on a flat, stable
surface.
• If it still does not work, switch off the purifier, wait 15
seconds and switch it on again.
• If this does not solve the problem, the engine is
possibly damaged. Contact the technical service.
• Consult the PRE-FILTER MAINTENANCE section of
the instruction manual.
• Consult the HEPA FILTER MAINTENANCE section of
the instruction manual.
• Switch off the purifier and unplug it. Wait 15 seconds
and switch it on again.
• If this does not solve the problem, contact the
technical service.
• Switch off the purifier and unplug it. Wait 15 seconds
and switch it on again.
• Check that the Bluetooth of the mobile device is on.
