It absolutely will not switch on.
The appliance vibrates and/or
sounds like it is malfunctioning.
The appliance is making too much
noise.
The plug and the socket are too
hot.
The appliance is emitting a strange
smell.
The power of the fan is low. The
unit does not purify the air.
The appliance still indicates that
filter maintenance is required after
it has been performed.
The motor takes a few seconds to
start in the chosen mode.
Once the sterilisation process has
ended, there is a strong smell of
disinfectant and/or your eyes are
irritated.
The device is still displaying the
cleaning warning, but the lens has
already been cleaned.

• Make sure the plug is fully inserted into the socket.
• Make sure the power supply cable is correctly
connected to the appliance.
• Make sure there has not been a power cut. Check
whether lights and other appliances are working.
• Check that the purifier is on a flat, even surface.
• Check that the air inlet and outlet are not obstructed
by an object.
• You can use the SILENT MODE.
• Make sure the plug is fully inserted into the socket.
• The first few times you use the appliance it may
smell of plastic. It will disappear over time with
usage.
• If the appliance smells of burning, contact the
authorised technical service.
• Clean the air inlets and outlets.
• Clean the pre-filter.
• Check whether a filter change indicator has been
activated. If so, carry out the corresponding
maintenance work.
• Try to validate the end of maintenance with the
controls (see the Maintenance section).
• This is completely normal and is designed to extend
the life of the motor by accelerating gently and to
increase acoustic comfort.
• Once the sterilisation cycle has ended, the room
is safe to be used. However, more sensitive people
may experience some discomfort.
• Please wait another few minutes before using the
room.
• Make sure that the lens is completely dry. Wait a few
minutes and try again.
• If the warning persists, call for service.
