TIPS & TROUBLESHOOTING
To Start:
Turn both motor units "on" and watch your model
come to life. There are 2 Motors in the set; each will
run at a different speed. The black Motor runs slower
than the blue Motor. Make sure you use the correct
Motor as shown in the instructions.
If your model is not working, check the instructions to
see if the model is built correctly.
Motor not working?
• Check to see if you have fresh batteries inserted
with the correct polarity.
• If it is still not working, call our Consumer Hotline at
1-800-KID-KNEX (USA & Canada only). See the back
cover for other ways to contact K'NEX Industries, Inc.
Motor working but model not spinning?
• Check to see that both Motors are turned on,
(there are 2 Motors in total) and that you are using
the correct Motor as shown in the instructions.
• Check to see that the model is built correctly. If not
built correctly, it may be possible that a Rod or
Connector may be obstructing the model as it tries
to spin.
Sound Module not working?
• Check to see if you have fresh batteries inserted
with the correct polarity.
• Check to see that the sound module button is being
touched by the spinning model. If it is not, check the
instructions to see if the model is built correctly.
