1. TO FIELD SIZE: For single doors cut door bottom on end without actuator rod 1/8" shorter than distance between
stops on frame. For pairs cut 1/16" shorter than distance between stop on frame and meeting edge of door.
Maximum cut door bottoms 36" and longer = 4", shorter than 36" should not be field cut - order net length.
2. Trim gasket material to extend just beyond each end of the door bottom.
3. With door closed, position on push side of door with beveled actuator rod toward hinged edge. Align bottom
of case flush with bottom of door with 1/16" clearance between unit and stop on frame, mark screw holes.
4. Drill pilot holes for screws using 7/64" drill bit.
5. Install with screws provided.
6. Attach the snap-on cover.
7. Set for proper seal. To increase the drop, pull and turn the beveled actuator rod left. To reduce the drop, pull
and turn the beveled actuator rod right. Maximum drop = 1/2".
