15 •Hold the shaft in this position and insert
the steering wheel.
16 •Fix the steering wheel with the bolt and
nut provided, taking care to insert the bolt
into the round hole and the nut into the
hexagonal one.
17 •Press the hubcaps onto the wheels; the
larger ones go onto the front wheels, the
smaller ones onto the rear wheels.
18 •Overturn the bucket as shown in the
figure. Remove the elastic on the loader
arm with lever; then insert the arm spring
into the corresponding point on the
bucket.
19 •Slide a washer onto the screw and insert it
into the corresponding holes to connect
the bucket to the loader arm. Slide a
second washer onto the screw, then insert
the nut. Tighten with a screwdriver and
pliers. Repeat on the opposite side.
20 •Install one of the two cross pieces onto
the front part of the loader arms, as
shown in the figure.
21 •Fix with the two screws provided (one for
each side).
22 •Insert the second cross piece onto the
rear part of the loader arms.
23 •Fix with the two screws provided (one for
each side).
24 •Put the handle in place as shown in the
figure; the picture in box A shows the
CORRECT position of the lower tab,
which should be inserted into the slot of
the loader arm; the picture in box B shows
the INCORRECT position.
25 •Insert a nut into the hexagonal hole on the
inner part of the handle. Insert a screw
onto the opposite side.
26 •Fix the handle into place by tightening the
screws. Repeat on the opposite side.
27 •Insert a stud into the cavity on the right
side of the bucket, lining up the respective
holes.
28 •Remove the elastic tying the metal tension
rod to the lever.
29 •Place the control lever of the loader
vertically and, pressing hard, attach the
tension rod to the bucket.

30 •Place the loader onto the tractor.
31 •Fix the rear part of the loader, as shown in
the figure.
32 •Insert a large washer into the conical
washer bearing as shown in the picture.
Put the iron pin into place, and with the
help of a hammer, insert it into the washer.

insérer le volant.

en veillant à insérer la vis dans le trou
circulaire et l'écrou dans le trou hexagonal.
17 •Monter tout en appuyant, les couvre-
moyeux sur les roues. Les plus grands vont
sur les roues avant, les plus petits sur les
roues arrière.
18 •Retourner la pelle comme indiqué sur la
figure. Retirer l'élastique présent sur le
bras de la benne équipé d'un levier. Insérer
ensuite le ressort du bras dans le
logement correspondant sur la pelle.
19 •Insérer une rondelle sur la vis puis insérer
cette dernière dans les trous
correspondants de manière à unir la pelle
au bras de la benne. Insérer une seconde
rondelle sur la vis, puis insérer l'écrou.
Serrer à l'aide d'un tournevis et d'une
pince. Répéter l'opération de l'autre côté.
20 •Monter une des deux entretoises sur la
partie avant des bras de la benne, comme
indiqué sur la figure.
21 •Fixer en utilisant les deux vis fournies (une
de chaque côté).
22 •Insérer la seconde entretoise dans la
partie arrière des bras de la benne.
23 •Fixer en utilisant les deux vis fournies (une
de chaque côté).
24 •Positionner la poignée comme indiqué sur
la figure. Le détail A montre la position
CORRECTE de la languette inférieure, qui
doit être insérée dans le logement du bras
de la benne. Le détail B montre la position
INCORRECTE.
25 •Insérer un écrou dans le trou hexagonal
sur la partie intérieure de la poignée.
Insérer une vis du côté opposé.
26 •Fixer la poignée en serrant la vis. Répéter
l'opération de l'autre côté.
27 •Insérer un rivet dans le logement du côté
droit de la pelle, en faisant coïncider les
trous.
28 •Retirer l'élastique qui unit le tirant en fer
au levier.
29 •Positionner à la verticale le levier de
commande de la benne et, en appuyant
avec vigueur, fixer ensuite le tirant à la
pelle.

30 •Positionner la benne sur le tracteur.
31 •Fixer la partie arrière de la benne, comme
indiqué sur la figure.
32 •Insérer un grand rivet dans l'outil conique,
comme indiqué sur la figure. Mettre en
place la tige en fer et, à l'aide d'un
marteau, l'insérer sur le rivet.

figura. Retirar la banda elástica presente en
el brazo de la cargadora provisto de
palanca; a continuación, insertar el muelle
del brazo en el receptáculo
correspondiente de la pala.
19 •Introducir una arandela en el tornillo e
insertarla en los orificios coincidentes para
unir la pala al brazo de la cargadora.
Insertar una segunda arandela en el
tornillo y, a continuación, insertar el
tornillo. Apretar con ayuda de un
destornillador y unos alicates. Repetir la
operación en el lado opuesto.
20 •Montar uno de los travesaños en la parte
anterior del brazo de la cargadora, tal y
como se muestra en la figura.
21 •Fijar con dos de los tornillos provistos
(uno por cada lado).
22 •Insertar el segundo travesaño en la parte
posterior del brazo de la cargadora.
23 •Fijar con dos de los tornillos provistos
(uno por cada lado).
24 •Colocar el manubrio tal y como se
muestra en la figura; la imagen del
recuadro A muestra la posición
CORRECTA de la pestaña inferior, que
debe insertarse en el orificio
correspondiente del brazo de la cargadora;
la imagen del recuadro B muestra la
posición INCORRECTA.
25 •Insertar una tuerca en el orificio hexagonal
de la parte interna del manubrio. Insertar
un tornillo en el lado opuesto.
26 •Fijar el manubrio en posición apretando el
tornillo. Repetir la operación en el lado
opuesto.
27 •Insertar un bulón en el receptáculo del
lado derecho de la pala, haciendo coincidir
los orificios correspondientes.
28 •Retirar la banda elástica que une la varilla
de hierro a la palanca.
29 •Colocar la palanca de mando de la
cargadora en posición vertical y, apretando
con fuerza, enganchar a continuación la
varilla a la pala.

30 •Colocar la cargadora sobre el tractor.
31 •Fijar la parte posterior de la cargadora tal

32 •Insertar un bulón grande en la herramienta
cónica de ajuste de bulones tal y como se
