FILLING AND EMPTYING THE WELL
Filling
Turn handle of the drain valve.

Connect the extension (if present) to the drain valve.
•
Place a suitable receptacle to hold the drained oil under
the drain extension.

REMINDERS FOR CLEANING
The manufacturer will not be liable for any damage or
injury resulting from failure to observe the following
rules.

Disconnect the appliance electrical power supply, if
present, before proceeding with any operation.

Clean the satin fi nish stainless steel exterior surfaces,
the cooking wells and the surface of the hotplates
every day.

At least twice a year, have an authorized technician

The use of oil fi lters prolongs the life of the oil and, if the oil
is reused, guarantees better cooking of the food. To clean
the fi lter, extract it from its seat; if the fi lter is greasy, wash it
with a degreasing soap, rinse and dry When the procedure
is con-cluded refi t the fi lter in its seat When the fi lter is
deteriorated it must be renewed
Press the knob down fully and
the piezoelectric igniter.
Hold the knob down for about 20 seconds before
releasing it. If the pilot fl ame goes out, repeat the
operation.
The pilot fl ame can be seen by opening the door.
The pilot light can be lit by bringing an open fl ame up to
the nozzle
