Notes:
• A complete crimping cycle is required for a proper crimp.
• The crimping cycle may be stopped at any time by releasing the trigger.
• Inspect the cutting edge on the die and ensure that it is not worn and
that it is free of foreign particles.
• Inspect pinch pipes for damage before each crimp. Do not use deformed
pinch pipes.
1. Open the crimping jaws by squeezing the jaws closest to the handle.

2. The die and fitting sizes must match. No more than 1 mm on each side of the
fitting should extend beyond the die. Inspect the die to be sure it is free of for-
eign objects. Place the tubing fitting into the die and ensure that it is properly
seated in the die.
