8. Connecting a microphone

A microphone can be used in any operating mode.
To connect a microphone (not supplied with the device) to the party speaker,
proceed as follows:
 If necessary, switch the party speaker to standby mode.
 Plug the microphone cable into the M I C I N jack on the party speaker.
 Use the M I C V O L U M E control to select the desired microphone volume.
 Press the M I C E C H O button to activate the echo sound effect for the
microphone.
 Press the M I C E C H O button again to deactivate the echo sound effect for
the microphone.
The audio signal from the microphone can be played back in any
operating mode (AUX IN, USB, BT).

9. Connecting a guitar

To connect a guitar (not supplied with the device) to the party speaker, proceed as
follows:
 If necessary, switch the party speaker to standby mode.
 Plug the guitar cable into the G U I TA R I N jack on the party speaker.
The audio signal from the guitar can be played back in any operating
mode (AUX IN, USB, BT).
The guitar volume is automatically set to the highest level and cannot
be changed manually.
