Undo the screw (C) and remove the valve box of
one side, pinching the hose clamp (Ref: Fig 5)

Inspect diaphragm (Ref: Fig 6) for damage

If damage to diaphragm is detected, replace part
with 26X364 Diaphragm Repair Kit

Reassemble by reversing assembly directions
described above
