enerAl notes on sAfety
This operation manual is applicable for the machine UEK
10-R. The machine may only be handled by personnel
who are qualified.
Hold power tools by insulated gripping surfaces when
performing an operation where the cutting tool may con-
tact hidden wiring or its own cord. Contact with a «live»
wire will make exposed metal parts of the tool «live» and
shock the operator.
WARNING Read all safety warnings and all in-
structions. Failure to follow the warnings and in-
structions may result in electric shock, fire and/or
serious injury.
Save all warnings and instructions for future refer-
ence.

se of the mAchine for purposes for
which it is intended
The machine is designed for milling metal and plastic
materials without using water. The machine is a manual
power tool for processing workpieces of steel, aluminium,
aluminium alloys, brass, and plastic. It can be used to
prepare welding joins for industrial and handcrafted ap-
plications and for cutting visible edges on installations,
devices, and machines.

1.2 are regarded as incorrect use and are there-
fore not admissible.

Before connecting tool to a power
source, be sure the voltage sup-
plied is the same as specified on
the name plate of the tool. The power sup-
ply should not vary more than 10% above or below the
voltage indicated on the nameplate. Ovserve national reu-

The switch must be in the OFF position. To turn the ma-
chine on, push the ON/OFF switch toward the front unteil
it clicks in. Press the ON/OFF swith to trigger the blocking
and the machine shuts down.
