CLEANING, CARE AND MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS:
Handcrafted in Victoria, British Columbia, each Vettis™ Concrete faucet is unlike any other. The signature concrete formulation showcases natural variations as stunning as they
are unique. Every piece bears its own color, texture and style – evolving over time as it develops a sophisticated patina.
The faucet is made from a highly engineered, ultra-high-performance concrete (UHPC) that is reinforced with fiber to make it exceptionally durable. The penetrating sealant used
on the faucet helps to protect the longevity of the concrete finish. The sealer is environmentally safe and VOC compliant. It penetrates and seals by reacting chemically with the
concrete surface, forming a clear, dense and durable inorganic topical surface layer that is breathable, abrasion-resistant and hydrophobic.
This faucet is very durable but caring for it properly plays a very important part in maintaining and expanding its lifespan. Aggressive chemicals can damage the protective
sealant and harm the faucet finish. Follow these cleaning, care and maintenance instructions to preserve the distinctive appearance of your concrete faucet:
• Clean with a very mild solution of soap and water or pH-neutral cleaners.
• Concrete wax can be applied as often as desired for added protection. Buffing the surface regularly with a soft cloth will increase the durability of the sealant.
• Concrete is a porous material and may stain or crack. Clean spills as quickly as possible especially acidic foods and beverages.
• Do not use abrasive or acidic household cleaners containing acetone, ammonia, bleach, hydrogen chloride, hydrogen peroxide, or sulfuric acid as they will permanently stain
or damage the faucet's protective sealant.
• Do not use sharp objects, scrubbing pads or excessive force with the faucet and avoid dropping objects onto the faucet.
Parts
All parts (other than concrete parts and finish) of this Brizo
to the original consumer purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship for as long
as the original consumer purchaser owns the home in which the faucet was first installed. For com-
mercial purchasers, this warranty period is ten (10) years for multi-family residential (apartments
and condominiums) and five (5) years for all other commercial uses, in each case from the date
of purchase.
Concrete Parts and Finish
Concrete parts and the finish of this Brizo
consumer purchaser to be free from structural defects in material and workmanship for two (2)
years from the date of purchase. No warranty is provided on concrete parts or finish for commercial
purchasers.
Brizo Kitchen and Bath Company will repair or replace, free of charge, during the applicable warranty
period (as described above), any part or finish that proves defective in material and/or workmanship
under normal installation, use and service. If repair or replacement is not practical, Brizo Kitchen
and Bath Company may elect to refund the purchase price in exchange for the return of the product.
These are your exclusive remedies.
Any labor charges incurred by the purchaser to repair, replace, install or remove this faucet are not
covered by this warranty. Brizo Kitchen and Bath Company shall not be liable for any damage to the
faucet resulting from reasonable wear and tear, outdoor use, misuse (including use of the product
for an unintended application), freezing water, abuse (physical or chemical), neglect or improper or
incorrectly performed installation, maintenance or repair, including failure to follow the applicable
installation, cleaning, care and maintenance instructions. NOTE: There may be imperfections with
concrete, such as (a) hairline cracks that are not structural, and (b) color and/or texture variations.
This warranty does not include or cover superficial hairline cracks or air pockets, acts of nature
(such as scratches, cracks and chips) or natural characteristics of concrete, which include, but are
not limited to, color variations, cracks, surface pits and blemishes. Brizo Kitchen and Bath Company
recommends using a professional plumber for all installation and repair. We also recommend that
you use only genuine Brizo
replacement parts.

muestra variaciones naturales tan sorprendentes como únicas. Cada pieza tiene su propio color, textura y estilo, evolucionando con el tiempo a medida

mantenimiento para preservar la apariencia distintiva de su llave de agua de concreto:
• Limpie con una solución muy suave de jabón y agua o limpiadores de pH neutro.
• La cera para el concreto se puede aplicar con la frecuencia que se desee para mayor protección. Al pulir la superficie regularmente con un paño suave
aumentará la durabilidad del sellador.
• El concreto es un material poroso y puede manchar o agrietarse. Limpie los derrames lo más rápido posible, especialmente los alimentos y bebidas

• No use limpiadores domésticos abrasivos o ácidos que contengan acetona, amoníaco, lejía, cloruro de hidrógeno, peróxido de hidrógeno o ácido
sulfúrico, ya que mancharán o dañarán permanentemente el sellador de protección de la llave.
• No use objetos afilados, almohadillas de fregado o fuerza excesiva con el grifo y evite dejar caer objetos sobre la llave de agua/grifo.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED
WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, IS
LIMITED TO THE STATUTORY PERIOD OR THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY, WHICHEVER
IS SHORTER. Some states/provinces do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts,
so the above limitation may not apply to you.

INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LABOR CHARGES TO REPAIR,

FAUCET RESULTING FROM REASONABLE WEAR AND TEAR, OUTDOOR USE, MISUSE
(INCLUDING USE OF THE PRODUCT FOR AN UNINTENDED APPLICATION), FREEZING
WATER, ABUSE (PHYSICAL OR CHEMICAL), NEGLECT OR IMPROPER OR INCORRECTLY
PERFORMED INSTALLATION, MAINTENANCE OR REPAIR, INCLUDING FAILURE TO FOLLOW
THE APPLICABLE INSTALLATION, CLEANING, CARE AND MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS.
Some states/provinces do not allow the exclusion or limitation of special, incidental or consequential
damages, so the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to you. Notice to residents of the
State of New Jersey: The provisions of this warranty, including its limitations, are intended to apply
to the fullest extent permitted by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from
state/province to state/province.
This is Brizo Kitchen & Bath Company's exclusive written warranty and the warranty is not transfer-
able.
