WARNING
-
After disassembling or assembling the roll neck, it is necessary to check that the chin strap is adjusted
correctly (see attached label).
-
Before using the helmet, make sure that the sliding clip of the zip does not protrude from the helmet and that
it is correctly bent and housed in the corresponding elastic loop between the outer shell and the polystyrene
cheek pad.
11.
Disassembly of the Cheek Pads
11.1. Open the chin strap (see specific instructions) and remove the chin strap band from the elastic loops on the
strap and/or on the roll neck (Fig.14).
11.2. Pull the front of the left cheek pad towards the inside of the helmet to release the buttons on its back (Fig.15).
11.3
Completely remove the padding of the left cheek pad from the helmet by pulling the chin strap band out of the
slot on the left cheek pad padding.
11.4. Repeat these steps with the right cheek pad padding.
Note: It is not necessary to remove the polystyrene cheek pads from the helmet shell.
12.
Disassembly of the Liner
12.1. Pull the back of the comfort padding towards the inside of the helmet to unhook the two side buttons on its
back from their seats on the rear support fixed to the polystyrene inner shell (Fig.18).
12.2
Unhook the left front flap from the support fixed to the polystyrene inner shell by slightly pulling the comfort
padding towards the inside of the helmet. Repeat the same steps for the central front and right front flaps
(Fig.19).
12.3. Completely remove the comfort padding from the helmet.
13.
Assembly of the liner
13.1. Properly insert the comfort padding into the helmet.
13.2. Insert the left front flap into its seat on the support fixed to the polystyrene inner shell and push it downwards
until it is completely locked. Repeat the same steps for the central front and right front flaps (Fig.19).
Note: Check the correct assembly of the liner front area by lifting and lowering the VPS. These movements
should be smooth. If this is not the case, repeat the steps 12.2 and 13.2.
13.3. Fasten the two side buttons on the back of the rear part of the comfort padding to the corresponding seats on
the rear support fixed to the polystyrene inner shell (Fig.18).
13.4. Stretch the inner comfort padding and make it adhere to the inner shell.
