I. Proprioceptio, ref.: 2270:
A - Assembly (see Fig. 2):
1 - Fit both bent tubes (1), until a "clic" is audible.
2 - Secure the wooden board (2) to the top of the bent tubes (1),
using the 4 quick links (4). The nuts of the quick links (4)
should be directed downward.
Important: the wooden board (2) should be assembled in the
right direction: All ropes (3) should be vertical. Otherwise, rotate
the wooden board (2) by half a turn.
B - Usage (see Fig. 1 - page 1):
Using a pair of Proprioceptios (ref.: 2272), it is possible to perform
gymnastics practice on a beam, using:
- either a low beam (ref.: 3670): position each wooden leg
of the low beam centered on each wooden board (2) of the Proprioceptio.
- or a beam body alone (ref.: 3610/40, 3611/40, 3613/40 & 3615/40): secure each end
of the beam body to each wooden board (2) of the Proprioceptio, using two 12x27
flat washers (7) and two M12x50 screws (8) shipped with the equipment.
II. Propriodisque, ref.: 2271:
A - Assembly (see Fig. 3):
1 - Screw the silent-bloc (12) under the covered wooden disk (13).
2 - Secure the assembly to the wooden board (2) of the Proprioception (ref.: 2270),
using the tightening thumbscrew (11).
B - Usage (see Fig. 4):
You may use the Propriodisque (ref.: 2271), as shown opposite.

III. Propriobarre, ref.: 2273:
A - Assembly (see Fig. 5):
1 - Secure each hand-rail lower frame (14) to each wooden board (2) of the Proprioceptio, using the tightening
thumbscrew (11). For more information about the assembly of the hand-rail lower frames (14), refer to the Assembly
Instructions NM243.
2 - When the pair of lower frames is positioned, you can install an asymmetric bar hand-rail (ref.: 3260)
or high bar hand-rail (ref.: 3110).
Important: prior to usage, do not forget to screw in the tightening thumbscrew (12).
B - Usage (see Fig. 6):
You may use the Propriobarre (ref.: 2273), as shown below.
Important: The Propriobarre must be used under a coach supervision.
