consequential damages. This warranty excludes the following
conditions:
• Damage sustained by the product as a result of accidents, abuse,
mishandling, improper installation and specification errors;
• Damage to finishes by improper cleaning (chemicals, solvents,
abrasive products, steel wool, double-sided sponge, bleach, acids);
• Parts which have normal wear due to regular use, such as seals,
gaskets, O-rings, wedges, sealing mechanisms;
• Products that have been serviced or repaired by anyone outside
of KOHLER Brazil's Authorized After Sales Service Network;
• Application of inadequate or non-original parts, or adaptation of
additional parts without prior permission of the manufacturer;
• Products installed in places where water is not considered safe or
contain impurities and foreign substances to it, which may cause
malfunction of the product;
• Foreign objects inside the product which adversely affects or
prevents its operation.

This certificate is valid within national country of Brazil and only
applies to KOHLER branded plumbing products purchased and
installed in Brazil.
If the product is purchased and/or installed outside of Brazil, Kohler
Co. warrants that the product will be free from defects in material and
workmanship during normal residential use for one (1) year from the
date of sale in accordance with Kohler Co.'s standard one-year limited
