Any other servicing should be done by an authorized service representative. If appliance is not
working as it should, has been dropped, damaged, left outdoors, or dropped into water, take it
to a service center prior to continuing use.

To reduce the risk of personal injury - Unplug before cleaning or servicing.
POSSIBLE CAUSE
1. Power cord not firmly
plugged into outlet.
2. Blown fuse or tripped
breaker.
3. Needs service.
1. Water tank is empty.
1. Not enough water in the
steam water tank.
1. Cleaning pad is saturated.
1. Product left in
one spot too long.
2. Hard water.
1. Not enough solution in the
solution tank.
1. Solution not dispensing
when trigger is pulled and
tank is full.
POSSIBLE SOLUTION
1. Plug unit in firmly.
2. Check fuse or breaker in home. Replace fuse/
reset breaker in home.
3. Call 1-800-321-1134.
1. Fill water tank.
1. Fill steam water tank.
1. Change pad.
1. Never leave the product on the floor
with a damp or wet cleaning pad still
attached when not in use.
2. Use distilled water.
1. Fill solution tank.
2a. Tank not fully seated.
2b. Solution spray nozzle is clogged. Gently clean
tip of spray nozzle with finger nail and test spray
again. If still clogged, remove spray nozzle by
turning spray nozzle 1/4 turn counter clockwise
and remove from unit. Clean inside surfaces of
spray nozzle with cotton swab and warm water or
gently clean with a straightened paper clip.
