Finishing the weave:
As soon as you've finished weaving your first pattern, you need to push all the excess threads
back through both the warp and weft threads.
To finish the weave, thread the needle and thread through the 3 or 4 last rows of pearls. Then
remove the needle and cut flush to the edge.
Note:
If you needed to use one or several threads when threading the weft, push them back
through the beads in the same way.
Release the rollers and remove the slides before removing your weave from the loom.
You also needs to finish the warp threads on both sides: thread the first warp thread onto the
needle and pass it between the weft threads for a few centimetres.
Remove the needle and cut flush to the edge.
Repeat with each thread, and be careful you don't cut the wrong threads!
Finishing:
If you want to attach a clasp, first feed two threads in the centre of the warp through the clasp
before passing them back through the warp threads.
To finish a pattern, ask an adult to help you sew the two ends together with thread by stitch-
ing between the weft threads.
Claps
To makes fringes, remove your weave from the loom. Thread all the threads that you're not
using in the fringes back through the weft threads. Thread a weft thread through the eye of
the needs and string the beads onto each thread. To finish them, feed the thread through the
second-to-last bead, then through the other beads in the fringe before slipping it between the
weft threads. Repeat this process with each fringe thread.
