Shrimp Risotto
I N G R E D I E N T S
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 cup celery chopped
1 cup white onion chopped
3 cloves garlic minced
1 cup rice, uncooked
cup dry white wine
4 cups chicken broth
1 Tbsp Worchestershire sauce
1 lb cooked shrimp
D I R E C T I O N S
1. Add oil to the cooking pot. Place pot in cooker and press the White Rice button. Press ON/
OFF/START.
2. Add the celery, onion and garlic and sauté for 2 to 3 minutes.
3. Add the rice and continue cooking for 5 to 8 minutes.
4. Add the chicken broth and Worchestershire sauce and stir to combine.
5. Close the lid and continue cooking.
6. When the rice is done stir in shrimp and serve.
