All clamps must be removed properly
before connecting and operating the
machine already fixed. To remove the
clamps follow the below procedure. See
picture. The pictures belong to clumps
and not to machines.
Remove the back panel with a
-
proper tool
unscrew the bolts
-
- remove the clamps
- reassemble the panel to original
position
We recommend to keep the clamps and use them
each time the machine will be transported.
Once removed the clamps, make sure to mount
again all the panels. Machine has not to be
started with the panels off.
The clamps are not in the low spin washing
machine.
5. FIXING
The high spin washing machines of capacity from
6 to 11 kg. do not need to be fixed to the ground,
in fact the builder supplies these machines
equipped with rubber feet to be screwed to the
relative threaded holes on the base: the wrong
adjustment of these feet will make the machine
external panels vibrate.
The machine must be installed perfectly in level
on a rigid floor.
The high spin washing machines of capacity from
14 to 85 kg. must be anchored to the ground with
screw anchors. They have to be inserted in the
holes on the machine base. The machines have
to be installed perfectly in line on a floor without
elastic reaction.
It is forbidden to put any kind of elastic
materials between the machine base and
the floor.
The low spin washing machines must be
fixed to the ground.
The machine is supplied with a zinc -iron
or oven-painted fixing frame.

The fixing frame has to be buried in a
concrete base, duly anchored to the
ground.

Before fixing the machine to the base,
please make sure that the concrete
base has set and furthermore it is
very important that the fixing frame is
perfectly in level.

The machine has to be positioned in
the anchoring holes and the bolts
have to be tightened so as to secure
the machine to the base.
See in the technical data the dimensions of the
fixing frame and base.

6. INSTALLATION CONDITIONS

The room where machines will be installed must
be aired; make sure not to expose machine to
temperatures lower than -10°C or higher than
60°C.
With reference to protection the machine belongs
to the IPX4 category.
In conformity with machine noisiness standards
the level of noisiness washing machine is included
in the following technical data.

7. POSITIONING

Only qualified technicians are allowed to position
the machine.
The machine must be installed near to a source
for drainage or to an opened outlet suitable
dimensioned.
To ease installation
recommend to leave some space around the
machine according to the following table:
