Using the chopping knife (13)
Use the chopping knife to chop fresh or cooked meat, vegetables, hazelnuts, crumble
biscuits and bread, mix soups, smoothies, purées, pancake batter, etc.

RaCtiCal tips
• Cut foods such as meat, bread and vegetables into 2 cm cubes
before processing.
• Use the "Pulse" function several times to avoid chopping too finely.
• Be careful not to mix for too long.
• Only operate the appliance for a few seconds when cutting hard
cheese or chocolate. Otherwise, the overheating protection could
be activated.
• This food processor is not designed to crush or grind coffee beans
or transform granulated sugar into icing sugar.
Assembling the emulsifying disc (14)
1. Fit the drive shaft (3) on the motor unit (1).
2. Place the food processor bowl (4) on the motor unit (1) and turn
clockwise to lock it.

3. Place the accessory drive shaft (5) in the food processor bowl (4).
4. Place the emulsifying disc (5) on the drive shaft (5) and turn it to
lock it.
5. Place the lid (6) on the food processor bowl (4). Turn it clockwise
to lock it.
6. Place the feed tube pusher (7) in the feed tube.
The chopping knife is the most versatile accessory. The mixing
time determines the texture. For more granular textures, use
the "Pulse".
