4. Insert screw through base assembly bracket, ensuring screw protrudes through opposite side of bracket
facing toward base assembly platform (FIGURE 2).
5. Thread nut onto screw and tighten securing the handle assembly to the base assembly (FIGURE 2).
NOTE: Repeat STEP 4 thru STEP 5 on the opposite side of base assembly.

6. Insert the two thumb screws into bracket located on the handle assembly (FIGURE 3).
7. Secure screws with retaining rings (FIGURE 3).
