1. Camera precautions
Please read below instructions before use this camera

Do not put the camera to the wet and dusty place, it may cause to the file disaster
or get an electric shock.
Do not leave the camera in places exposed to extremely high temperatures , such
as direct sunlight
for extended periods of time. This may affect the camera housing and internal
components.
Please clean the lens with a soft cloth to remove fingerprints or dust.
If the rechargeable battery is mishandled, it can burst, cause a fire or even
chemical burns.
Please notice following cautions:
Do not disassemble.
Do not crush and expose the rechargeable battery to any shock or force such as
hammering, dropping or stepping on it.
Before remove the SD card, please turn off the camera at first, or it may cause
damage of the files or SD card.
Remove the SD card before storing the camera for long periods of time. Keep it in
a well-ventilated place.

XV) Trouble shooting
Cannot power on the camera
Please check if there is enough battery.
After connected with PC, cannot find removable disk in MY COMPUTER.
Check if the USB connection is correct or not.
Check if the USB cable is normal
Try other USB cable, if still cannot find removable disk, the camera may have
problem. Please contact with your distributor or the manufacturer.
Cannot record a video
Check if the SD card has enough space, if not, please format the SD card and then
start recording
Verify if there are enough power, if running low power, please charge the camera
and then recording.
No sound or low volume.
Verify if the audio setting is correct.
Verify if the audio setting in the PC is correct, and try to play other videos to see if
there is any sound.
The camera cannot charge
Verify if the power adapter work well by LED light indicator. Please do not charge
with other adapter for this camera, if still cannot charge normally, please try to
charge by USB cable connection to the PC.
Please check if the USB connection is correct. Please do not use other USB cable
for this camera.
